Welcome to DUIB™. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from DUIB LLC (“DUIB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. Please review them before making a purchase.

1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

By using this website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this website.

You may not use our products, website, or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

2. PRODUCTS

DUIB makes reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, photographs, materials, sizing, and other product information as accurately as possible.

Actual colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, and the nature of the manufacturing and printing process.

Many DUIB products are made to order. Minor variations between individual garments may occur and are not necessarily considered defects.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, limit, or change products, designs, specifications, pricing, or availability at any time.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been successfully placed and paid for.

Applicable sales taxes will be calculated at checkout when required.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment problems, incorrect pricing, product availability issues, technical errors, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Many DUIB garments are produced specifically after an order is placed.

Because production may begin shortly after an order is submitted, requests to modify or cancel an order cannot always be accommodated.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their product selection, color, size, quantity, shipping address, and other order information before completing checkout.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Production, processing, shipping, and delivery estimates provided by DUIB are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Made-to-order products generally require additional production time before shipment.

Once an order ships, customers will receive tracking information when available.

Carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, incorrect delivery information, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.

7. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND ORDER ISSUES

Returns, exchanges, damaged products, defective products, incorrect items, and other order issues are handled according to our Return & Exchange Policy.

Because certain DUIB products are made to order, eligibility for returns or exchanges may differ from traditional ready-to-ship retail products.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer-protection law.

8. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information presented on our website is accurate. However, typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may occasionally occur regarding product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability, shipping, or other information.

We reserve the right to correct errors and update information when appropriate.

Unless otherwise stated, the DUIB name, DUIB™ branding, logos, graphics, photographs, product designs, artwork, text, slogans, website content, and other original brand materials are owned by or licensed to DUIB LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

DUIB content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, modified, or commercially exploited without authorization from DUIB LLC, except as permitted by law.

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website may use services provided by third parties, including ecommerce platforms, payment processors, shipping carriers, fulfillment providers, analytics providers, and other service providers.

Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to the applicable provider's terms and policies.

DUIB is not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not own or control, except to the extent required by applicable law.
